Mobile App Update – Version 2.7.0
Version 2.7.0 of the Mobile App includes the following new features and adjustments:
Time recording for employees (site manager function)
In addition to recording your own times, you can now also record times for your employees. This functionality allows you to record times for internal resources and external resources (e.g., temporary workers) that are not included in the master data. Both resource types are assigned via the project and are therefore available in the document time recording for all assignments related to the project.

Cash expenses
When creating cash expenses , multiple documents can be selected and multiple cash expenses can be created. If the server is configured accordingly, images of receipts can be analyzed and the values they contain can be automatically pre-filled: Image analysis is delegated to the App Server and from there to Azure Document Intelligence.

Ticket system
With this new feature, tickets can be created directly within the app. The creation dialog is based on ticket creation within the FSM and allows you to enter the title, ticket type, ticket status, and a description, as well as associated machines, materials, and documents.

Additional improvements
When capturing documents, only those document categories that have been approved in the FSM for the respective context can be selected. For example, only those document categories that have been approved in the FSM for the service report or that have no restrictions are available for capture in the service report.
Support for the custom field type text field with suggestions (selection type = 1, combo box)
Performance improvements when the app contains many objects with additional data (requires App Server 2.7)
Newly created print jobs receive a signature icon when the customer has signed the .pdf, and print jobs are now sorted in descending order by creation date.
