Mobile App Update – Version 2.5.1

The new version 2.5.1 of the Mobile App has been released and is available as version 2.5.2 in the App Store (iOS). This version is functionally the same as 2.5.1 for Windows and Android and contains the following changes:

Translations and available languages

  • Additional languages can be added and languages can be deactivated.

  • You can maintain translations for the Mobile App in FSM.

  • You can choose between 24-hour and 12-hour format in the settings.

Assignment overview

  • You can display additional fields in lists for project assignments. The fields can come from the assignment, project and the associated Ind tables.

  • The additional project data is displayed on the assignment details page.

Time recording

Inserting times with overlaps with existing times

  • Potential overlaps are automatically adjusted in the service report under "Times". An example of this functionality is the subsequent recording of break times. If, for example, you record a working time from 8:00 to 16:00 and then subsequently record a break time from 12:00 to 12:30, the App splits the working time and adds the break time.

Copy of a work day

  • For longer assignments, the daily routine and therefore the times to be recorded may be repeated. Working days can be copied to another day with all time slots.

  • Entire working days can be deleted.

Preallocation of the day type

  • The day type (working day, holiday or high public holiday) is noted and automatically selected when creating further time stitches on the same day.

Reporting

Working with long reports

  • Sections of reports can all be expanded images/download/thumbnails/494471512/Pfeile-aufklappen_img.jpg or collapsed images/download/thumbnails/494471514/image2024-11-22_15-2-28.png at once.

  • The info area of the machine details can be pinned images/download/thumbnails/494471546/Stecknadel-PIN-weiss_img.jpg and scrolls along.

New date input for Windows

  • Date and time entries can be made in the Windows client entirely via the keyboard.

  • Date and time can be entered using the input helpers (clock and calendar).

Shortcuts: Use the left and right arrow keys to jump between the components (day-month-year-hour-minutes) and the "t" (time) key to jump directly to the time.
