Working with Tickets

Innosoft tickets are used to document processes in the company and to work on them in cooperation with colleagues and customers. These tickets help you to record the results of your work and to make the way to these results comprehensible.

You can use the search function to call up tickets with specific characteristics. For more information on using the search and creating search templates, see the section "Search for objects".
