Prioritizing of Tickets

In order to tell the users of the Ticket System in which order the tickets have to be processed, the importance and processing time of the ticket should be specified when creating a ticket.

Priority

You can use the "Priority" feature to prioritize tickets. To do this, select an urgency level. The various options in the "Priority" field are maintained by your system administrator.

Deadline

You can also use the "Deadline" field to prioritize tickets. The more time-critical a ticket is, the more short-term you should set the date. The "Deadline" therefore represents the time limit for the ticket, i.e. the ticket should be processed or completed by this date.
