Cockpit
You can use the cockpit to obtain a quick overview of previous incidents at a customer's site and display, for example, all sales and support inquiries made there or reported malfunctions. SLA contracts and intervals are displayed displayed for the machines. You can also create tickets and change address or machine data directly from the cockpit.
Opening the cockpit
You can access the
via the main menu
in the Ticket system area.
Within different objects (address, contact person, machine, ticket) you can access the cockpit by calling up the Action
.
If you are within the search of an object, click on the
-button within the line, then the
button appears. After clicking the button, the cockpit for the respective object opens.
Various sections
In the
section, all tickets for this object are displayed. If you entered the cockpit via the machine search, only tickets for the selected machine are displayed. Otherwise you can now reduce the ticket list to tickets for a specific machine by clicking on the machine.
Switch to the
section to display information for a limited period of time. You determine the type of information by means of the selection list
. After specifying the time period, open the general view by clicking the button
. You can reduce or increase the number of levels displayed by changing the value using the arrow keys and clicking the button
afterwards.
In the
section, you can use the Quick search to search through the titles and comments of the tickets. Hits are filtered and highlighted in yellow.

Create new ticket from out of the cockpit
You can transfer a contact person and a machine into a new ticket by clicking on the appropriate lines. After selecting the data, click on the action

Edit data for an object
To change data of an address, a contact person or a machine, click on the link of the object. Specify the changes and finally save by clicking
.
