Tasks
You can add tasks to almost any view in the application and open the task view using the
-icon in the top right corner of the sheet.
You can open the complete task list from the main menu
via the General section and the link
under
.
You can display the tasks assigned to you, the tasks you have created or the tasks of all users. You will find these
filter options above the task list.
If there are tasks that have not yet been solved, numbers appear next to the symbol for the tasks, e.g. "1/3". The "1" means that another user has created a task that you have not yet seen. The second number, in this case the "3", shows the total number of tasks for this URL.
Color marking of dates
In the search, the appointment is highlighted in red if it is in the past. If the appointment is on today's date, the appointment is highlighted in yellow. If the appointment is still in the future, it is highlighted in green.
Clicking on the URL takes you to the section for which the task was created.
With a click on the
-button you can create a new task. If you want to edit a task, you must first select the task in the list and then click on the
action.
In the editing view of the task, a comment can be written about the task. A deadline can be set by which the task should be solved. You must assign a user to the task. If you create a new task, it is automatically your own user. If you select another user for an existing task, the level of the task is increased and the task is no longer displayed for the logged-in user.
You can mark a completed task as solved there.
With the action
you can view the history of the task. In the history you can see the levels of the task.
