Edit Skills of a Resource
To edit the employee´s professional experiences (skills) go to the main menu 
via the "Field Service" and choose the 
under 
. Right-click on a resource and select the "Open the resource" option. Now switch to the 
section.
Open the skill categories with the help of the 
-button.
Select a category and indicate the resource´s skills on a scale from 0 (no knowledge) to 9 (expert). The maximum value can also be set lower in the General settings. You can change the values using the arrows and also using the arrow keys or direct input.
If the General setting "Consider target values" is active, then the target values are displayed next to the actual values. The target value means that the resource can possibly improve the skill through training or exercises, for example. The target values have no influence on other functions, but can be evaluated by statistics.
You can define the priority with which a skill should be fulfilled on a scale from 0 (very unimportant) to 99 (very important), depending on the maximum value specified in the General settings. You can evaluate this with the help of statistics.
If the General setting "Consider priority" is active, then the priorities are displayed in the outermost column of the skills.
Alternatively, you can export the values via 
to MS Excel and add it to the resource after editing with 
. If the target values and/or the priority are not to be imported, the column heading must first be removed.
