FSM Update Version 2.2
The new version 2.2 of the FSM contains the following new functions and improvements in addition to some bug fixes:
General
Contact person: The mobile phone number is now also displayed in the expanders with the data for a contact person in the ticket system. The type of a contact person can be subsequently changed in the contact persons for the project.
Search: If several entries can be selected in a search, it is now possible to delete all selected objects using the
button.
Skills: When editing skills, you can now specify a sorting criterion. When exporting skills, there are two additional columns "Parent Pos" and "Parent Name".
Password: A new password can now be generated in the user configuration and in the "Change password" dialogue.
Shortcuts: The list of shortcuts has been extended.
Service reports: The log section has been added so that changes can be seen when editing the service report.
Dashboard
The configuration of a dashboard for a specific user can now be copied to several other users, groups and main groups in the user settings.
Resources
The expiration date of training sessions is calculated automatically after entering the validity in days.
The " Matrix of requirements profile" can now be exported as an Excel file in the resource search.
Dispatch
A new extended project filter is available (already added from version 2.0). If you activate the extended project filter in the planning board, an intermediate form is displayed instead of the direct project search.
In addition, the extended project filter mode, which displays all other assignments for the resources in the project filter, can now also be saved in the favorites filter .
If you select a resource, the entire line is displayed hatched.
Documents
You can now select all the documents to be sent at once or remove them all.
A new intermediate dialog for uploading documents is available and can be activated in the general settings. This allows category and folder to be assigned for all files at once. It is now possible to cancel the upload at this point.
In the document tree structure, you can deselect the selected element and the root element will be selected again.
Bookmarks
With this new function, you can save your own bookmarks
in up to eight categories and call them up via the main menu
.
Cockpit
The previously opened levels are saved and restored within the cockpit in the
section.
The status of the tickets (closed or open) is displayed in the
section via a colored marking of the header. The corresponding status is also displayed as text (internal status and customer status). The deadline of the ticket is displayed and is color-coded (red=past, yellow=today, green=in the future).
Tickets can now be exported to Excel.
Other
User configuration: More convenient entry in all grids of the User configuration. You can now navigate through the individual cells using the keyboard and change them directly.
Roles: In the "Associated users" section, users can now be deleted and added via multiple selection.
Individual data: If the categories for individual data are used and no field has yet been configured, all fields are initially displayed in a generated "General" tab.
Tabular additional data: The menu item for the tab with the tabular additional data is only displayed if additional data fields have also been created in the corresponding table for the current entity.
The travel reports from the FSM can now be integrated into the Mobile App.
The settings for the transmission status have been revised.
