When creating a new resource, you startby assigning a resource number in the section. Click the button to automatically assign a number. If you want to assign a specific resource number, enter the desired number manually.

For the drop-down lists, select the appropriate entries from the stored tables. In case of extensive lists, entering the first letter of the desired entry makes the selection easier.

Fill in the required fields, which are marked with " * ".

Teams user: Enter a Teams e-mail address that can be used to start a chat or phone call.

Setting a weekend schema

A resource can be assigned a different weekend schema. Select the desired schema from the drop-down list under "Further data". These weekends will be displayed in the planning board. The selected weekend schema of the resource is used for the capacity chart, the workload of the resource (in %), automatic assignment length determination , SLAs and maintenance.

Weekend schemas can be predefined in the General settings in the section. For more information, see the Resources article.

Adding an image

In the "Image" section you can add an image for the selected resource, which will be displayed e.g. in the resource search. To do this, click on and choose your desired image. Click on to delete an image.

If you have not defined an icon, a predefined image will be used. For more information on configuring default images, see the article "Search".

Resource Planning

Select the colour to be assigned to the resource in the planning board.

Further processing

Finally, save your changes with a click on . Switch to another section to continue editing the resource data.
