You can now search for valid passports, visa, vaccinations, trainings, tools, work permits and social insurances in the advanced search. The colour coding shows you which search filters belong together. For example, you can restrict the search for the visa field using the expiration date by only searching for visas up to the expiration date in the resource data.

Resource not found

If the resource is not available in the list, a new resource can be created by clicking the button. The paragraph "Create new resource" within the article "Resource Data Management" explains the procedure.

Search for suitable resource for an assignment

In the "Requirement profile" tab, you can use the time availability and fulfilment of the required skills to find the right resource.

By selecting Only show resources that match all requirements, only resources that fulfil 100% skills and availability are displayed.

Activate the availability filter Period availability check to include or deactivate the period for the search.

Select a category for the skills and enter the required skills of the resource on a scale from 0 (no skills) to the highest value (expert). Alternatively, you can also import the values from an MS Excel file with .
