Code Rights
In the section "Code rights" within the User Configuration, bars and projects can be locked for editing by the user depending on the code. This overrides the permissions assigned via Basic Rights and Group Rights.
Locking an identification code for a user
To restrict an identifier for the user, select the relevant row, click the button 
and set the value in the "Lock" column to 1. Confirm the change using the 
button.
If the value is 0, the authorization for a bar of this identifying code is exclusively defined by the basic and group rights.
Locking an identification code for all users
The "LockAll" column affects all users of the system. To lock an identification code for all users, click on the button
in the row of the identification code to be locked and set the value within the column "Lock All" to 1. Then click on the
button.
To activate the editing locks, save them using the 
button.
