In the section of the User settings, you can set the rights that apply in the Mobile Field Service.

Restrictions for Mobile Field Service only

Lock: Edit assignment from head office: Activate the checkbox to prohibit the processing of assignments from the head office in the Mobile Field Service.
Check rights for order type in service report registration: The rights for the order type are checked when a service report is created in the Mobile Field Service.
Lock: Copy assignment: If you set this setting, no assignment can be copied in the Mobile Field Service.
Activate rights for absences: Y ou can set whether the Mobile Field Service has the right to read or edit absences.
Anonymize absences (read permission): Y ou can anonymize all absences, which gives the Mobile Field staff the right to read them.
Activate rights for rough planning: Y ou can assign read or write and read rights for rough planning in the Mobile Field Service.
Locks: Editing of projects from head office: No projects from the head office can be edited in the Mobile Field Service.

Rights in Mobile Field Service

Right for detailed planning independent from head office: You cannot set no rights, read rights or write and read rights there.
