Tools
In the 
section you can enter several tools for a resource. With a click on the 
- button you can specify a new tool.
The "E-mail" field can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several e-mail addresses can be entered in the field, separated by commas. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" that reacts to the expiry of the tool's date. It is important for the e-mail dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.
If necessary, select the tool type from the drop-down list.
With a click on the 
button, you can add files to the tool.
Afterwards, save the tool by clicking on the 
.
When selecting a tool via the checkbox, you can edit the tool in an editing view by clicking on the 
-button. You can add to existing entries or also change them. If you select an entry with the checkbox and click on the 
-button, then the entry will be deleted.
