Passports
In the
section, you can specify several passports for one resource and also specify countries for the passports.
Create passport
With a click on the
button you add a new passport. Specify the passport number, a name under "Passport" and select the date and expiration date.
For the tool "Reminder.exe", "No reminder "and "Advance warning time [days]" are important. In the tool you can see whether the pass has expired. The field "E-mail" can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several e-mail addresses can be entered comma-separated in the field. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" which reacts to the expiry of the pass. It is important for the e-mail dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.
If you want to add a country to a passport, click the
button in the bottom section. Then fill the columns "Passport" and "Country". When a passport is selected in the upper table, only the countries related to the selected passport are displayed.
Then save the passport by clicking on the
- button.
Click the
button to add files.
Edit passport
You can edit a selected pass directly in the table. Alternatively, click the checkbox and the
button. Then an editing view opens.
If you want to remove a passport, select the line and activate the checkbox. Then click the button
.
In the lower section, countries can be specified for the passports. The buttons work in the same way as for the passports. With a click on the
button, the table is reloaded and filters are removed. So you can see all countries for the specified passports.
