In order to keep an eye on important tickets, projects, assignments etc., you can be informed in the Innosoft system about changes to these objects. Changes are listed under "Current activities" on the dashboard.

Using the notification function

First you open an object with notification function. You can find the function on the left side under "Actions". Click the action to be notified of changes to the object. From this point on, the notification of changes made begins. Otherwise, you can check the objects within the area to see what changes have been made to an object. For more information, see the article Tracking Changes to Objects.

You can recognize by the icon in the upper bar within an open object that you are following the object.

If it is no longer necessary to observe an object, click on the action .
