Shortcuts

With the help of single or the combination of several keys you replace actions for which you otherwise use the mouse.

You can access the shortcuts via the main menu . Click on the "Settings" area. Under "Help", select the link.

In the section under "General", shortcuts are listed that are applicable throughout the software.

Under "Search" are the shortcuts that are applicable in all searches. With "Change search mode" it is meant to switch between quick search and advanced search.

Under "Resource Planning" are the shortcuts for the Planning board. With "Skip forward or back by one unit" the middle arrows in the Planning board are meant (for further explanations se the article "Navigation in the Planning Board", section "Navigation options"). The outer arrows are controlled with the shortcut "Skip forward or back by one period".

Within the "Weekly reports" you can decrease the period by one month by pressing the left arrow key and increase the period by one month by pressing the right arrow key.

In the section are all the shortcuts that navigate the user to a certain view.

Under "General" are all the shortcuts that navigate the user to some views from the "General" section of the main menu. With the shortcuts you can navigate to all searches in the "General" section of the main menu.

Under "Field Service" there are shortcuts that navigate to some views of the "Field Service" section of the main menu. You can navigate to the Planning board or the searches of the area.

Under "Ticket system" you can find the shortcuts that navigate to the ticket search and the SLA search.

From the "Settings" section of the main menu, you can navigate to General Settings, User Settings and Tasks using the shortcuts in the "Administration" section.

The shortcut that navigate to the homepage, the dashboard, can be found under "Other".

With the action you can set whether the pages will be opened in the same tab or in a new tab when applying a shortcut. The mode that is not active is highlighted in the dialog,
