Mobile App - Unfinished reports

You can find all unfinished reports in the section . The reports are divided in weekly reports, service reports and technical reports. A report is unfinished as long as the report is not completed and submitted. The total number of unfinished service reports and technical reports is displayed next to the icon.

On the top you can find the unfinished weekly reports. Click on to see additional information. To hide the additional information, click on . The weekly reports are noted with a number and the week. The technical reports and the service reports are always assigned to an assignment. Click on to see additional information of the reports and to hide them. The service reports have, similar to the weekly reports, a number for identification and the time period , in which the assignment is worked on. For the technical reports you can find the type of inspection, the planned time period and the machine number of the affected machine .

If there are error messages in the technical reports, e.g. due to mandatory fields that have not yet been completed, these will also be displayed under the additional information for the report.
