Set Approval Levels in a Project
To use a release process for assignments within a specific project, you can set the number of approval levels within the project.
After calling up a project, switch to the 
section in the bar on the left.
Determine the number of levels using the arrows.
Additionally you can define, whether an achieved approval level should be reset to 0, if one of the following items has been changed:
Approval period: Period of the assignment (start of journey, end of assignment)
Approval text: Work instructions or title of the assignment
Approval resource: Resource, to whom the assignment has been assigned to
