Release Process of an Assginment
It is possible to use approval levels within assignments. These approval levels depend on the identifier code of the assignment and/or can be determined in the project. After reaching the final level, the transmission status can be changed within dispatching.
You can release an assignment up to the level, which is defined in the Settings under 
in the 
in the section Resource Planning next to the item approval level.
You can increase the approval level in an assignment under "Further data" by using the
button next to the item "Approvals". If something has changed, the approval level can be reset to 0.
Changes that can have an impact on the appoval of an assignment:
Resource
assignment period (start of journey, end of assignment)
Work instructions or title of the assignment
If there is e.g. "1/5" next to "Approvals" then it means that the assignment is in level 1 of 5. To release the assignment completely, you must have specified at least approval level 5 in the user settings.
