Creating Assignments
To create one or more assignments go to the Field Service area in the main menu
and select the sub-item
in the
section.
Code: Select the appropriate entry from the deposited table.
Grouping: You can create a new grouping with
or choose a grouping with
. Delete your entry with
.
Flag: Choose an appropriate flag from the deposited table or create a new flag with
.
Title: Enter an appropriate title in the input field.
Work instructions: Enter additional instructions in the input field.
Scheduling
You can specify the space of time of the assignment in the section "Scheduling".
Start and end fixed: Click on this box to fix the start or end of the appointment to prevent moving the dates.
Weekend work: Select the appropriate item.
Start and end: Enter the date and time in the input field or choose the date from a calendar.
If the assignment is not a one-time event, you can specify the "repetition". Choose the appropriate entry from the table or create a custom repetition. If you choose any repetition, define the start and end date of the assignment. You can enter the date in the input field or choose the date from a calendar. If none of the entries of the deposited table fit the repetition, choose "custom". Now you can create your own repetition. Set a start date and time. You can enter the duration of the assignment (in hours) in the input field or use the arrows. After that you need to specify how often the assignment will be repeated and in which period of time (days, weeks or months). With "Until" you set the end date of the repetition and the assignments.
In the section "preview" you can see the scheduled dates for the assignments. Save your entries by clicking on the
button on the left.
Choose Resources
Click on
to choose a resource for the assignment. The resource needs to exist in the Innosoft system.
Add worklist
In this section you can add the assignment to a group of the worklist. Note that the worklist can be added only under certain codes. To do this, click on the
button and select one or more predefined worklists. If you want to remove an assigned worklist afterwards, select it and click the button
