Edit Service Reports
In the
section the first tab "General" displays the project number, customer name, status and working title as well as the planned duration of the assignment in the drop-down menu. The second drop-down menu contains the address of the assignment. The assignment can be marked as completed in the "Completion" tab. Enter the name of the signer in the next text field. You can also see whether the assignment is completed, technically approved or commercial approved. A service report is completed when it has been transferred from the mobile app to the FSM. The following three tabs allow you to record general, internal or customer comments.
In the section "Additional and unused spare parts" you can see the designation and quantities of unplanned but used (or unused) materials. In order for material to be displayed in this area, you can add materials in the associated project. These materials are then displayed there. If the materials are still missing in the service report, they are highlighted in green in the list and the missing number is shown at the bottom right by the minus symbol
. If more material is used in the service report than planned, the material is displayed with an orange background and the plus symbol indicates the material surplus
. If the material is added to the service report as previously planned in the project, it does not appear in the list.
The last section presents the sum of cash expenses, which is calculated by the system. If the report is within the return journey mode, it will be shown in the title. The service report is in the return journey mode, if the report has been signed e.g. via the app.
