In this section you specify the connection of the user to a resource and the affiliation to groups. The possibility of using the Excel export is also regulated here.

Link to a resource

First you link the user to a resource. This is always useful if a resource has been created in the system for a user. Especially if the Innosoft program package is operated with the mobile field service (app or laptop version), this assignment is mandatory. Use the button and select the resource from the list by clicking on the number.

Assignment to groups

Assign the user to a main group. This is important because the system uses many settings depending on the main group, for example, to enable the separation of different branches in different countries.

You should also define the assignment to a group. The group plays a particularly important role in the Ticket System, because there tickets can also be sent to groups, whereby it is then irrelevant which specific user from the group accepts and processes the ticket.

Select the main group and group from the drop-down lists.

Activation of Excel export

If required, you can also activate the Excel export for the user.

Automatic assignment distribution active

Here you can activate whether the automatic assignment distribution can be used by the user.

Edit data record locks

If this setting is active, then a system administrator can change the locks that you find under the menu item "Settings" in the "Administration" section and under the item . With the locks you can see, for example, which assignments are locked for editing and you can also delete these locks.

Save the changes by clicking the button .
