To search for objects in the Innosoft system, you can use either the "simple search" or the "advanced search". By default, the simple search is used first, where you can enter a search criterion in the input field next to the icon. Afterwards, the system automatically searches for objects that match this search criterion. Alternatively, you can use the advanced search and thus search for several search criteria simultaneously. In both variants, the search criteria are displayed in the column on the left-hand side. You can use the arrows in order to collapse ( ) and expand ( ) them. In the left column at the bottom you will find the button . Click on it to switch to the advanced search and the button now displays the label "quick". If you now click on the button , you will return to the simple search.

You can delete entered search criteria or templates via "Reset filters".

Search templates

If you frequently search for the same object criteria, it is advisable to create a search template. When you use this template, the system automatically searches for the search criteria stored in it.

The grey area for the search templates is located below the input fields for the advanced search. To create a template, select "New template" from the dropdown list, enter the desired search criteria in the corresponding input lines and assign a name for the search template, e.g. "Supplier HH" if you have entered "Supplier" as the "Address type" and "Hamburg" as the "City". Save the new search template with a click on the button .

If you select the desired search template from the "Search templates" list, all search criteria stored in the template are loaded and entered. The search is triggered by clicking on the button . The results are displayed in the list to the right.

Your last selected search template will be saved with the respective search, so that the search results will be displayed the next time you call this search.

If you do not use a serach template anymore, delete it using the button .

If you click on all filters of the search are removed.
