Start-up Settings

Main groups: Here you select main groups by which the planning board is filtered when it is opened.

Groups: Here you select groups by which the planning board is filtered when it is opened.

Code: The identification codes that you enter here are set as filter settings when the planning board is started.

Only show resources with assignments: If you activate the checkbox, the system only displays resources with assignments in the planning board at program start.

Only show worklists with assignments: If you activate the checkbox, the system only displays worklists with assignments in the planning board at program start.

Fix assignments horizontally when they are moved: Assignments can only be moved vertically after they have been fixed horizontally.

Fix assignments vertically when they are moved: Assignments can only be moved horizontally after they have been fixed vertically.

Automatically scroll to your own resource: When you open the Planning board, the screen scrolls, so that your own resource is in focus.

Absence time separates assignment: If the option is activated, options to split the assignment appear when saving an absence assignment (e.g. holiday), if the assignment period overlaps with the absence period. In the column "Assignments to be postponed" you can see all assignments that conflict with the absence period. You can select the assignments for which actions are to be taken. Click on one of the assignments and move the selected assignment to the other column by clicking on or . If you select "Ignore", no further actions are done.
"Split up" cuts out the overlapping part of the assignments from the right-hand column. If necessary, these are split into two assignments. "Split up and copy" cuts out the overlapping part of the assignments from the right-hand column and divides them into two assignments if necessary. The cut out part is moved into the container of the group of the resource. "Apply" moves all assignments from the right column completely into the worklist of the group matching the resource. Assignments in the column "Assignments not to be postponed" remain untouched.

Show only assignments in containers: Only worklists and no resources are displayed.

Disable selection when moving grouped assignments: When you move a grouped assignment, an overview appears with the assignments belonging to the group. If the option is active, the assignments that could be moved are not preselected.
