Manage module rights

Open the main menu and select the "Settings" area. Click on the link under "Administration", select a user with the help of the button and switch to the area .

Here you can find all available modules. In the line of each module you see the total number of activated licences as well as the maximum number of licences that can be activated. To activate a module for the selected user, click on "On" in the corresponding line.

There are the following dependencies between the modules:

• Base: If this module is activated, all other modules can also be activated, except for the "Customer Portal".
  

• Customer Portal: If this module is activated, the user will not be able to use the other modules.
  

• Mobile: This module can be used independently of the other modules.
