Edit Required Skills for a Project

To edit the required employee qualifications for a project, go to the Field Service area via the main menu images/download/thumbnails/596477793/Hauptmen%C3%BC_img.png and select under images/download/thumbnails/596477644/Projekte_men%C3%BC_EN_img.png the images/download/thumbnails/596478231/Suche-Text_Lupe_EN_img.png .

Use the Project search and open the desired project by clicking on the number. Now switch to the images/download/thumbnails/596476075/Ben%C3%B6tigte-Skills_EN_img.png section.

Open the skill categories using the images/download/thumbnails/596477371/Pfeil-runter_breit_img.png button. Use the images/download/thumbnails/596477216/Filter_img.png button to filter categories.

Enter skills

To customize the required skills, select a category and enter the required skills for the project in the Skills section on a scale from 0 (no knowledge) to a maximum of 9 (expert).

You can change the values using the arrows and also using the arrow keys or direct input. Alternatively, you can add the values to the project from an Excel file using images/download/thumbnails/596477795/Import_magenta_img.png .
