Working with Projects and Assignments

You can either create an assignment manually via the planning board or from a project or out of a ticket. To create recurring assignments or assignments for several resources, you can use the sub-item images/download/thumbnails/596478097/Eins%C3%A4tze-erzeugen_Men%C3%BC_EN_img.png in the Field Service area under images/download/thumbnails/596477599/Eins%C3%A4tze_men%C3%BC_EN_img.png .

Then you enter certain work instructions, such as working times, activity, or identifier. At this point you can also allocate the assignment to a project. To find the appropriate resource for an assignment, use the Interactive Slot Search.

After the service technician has carried out the assignment on site at the customer, he fills out a service report and let the customer sign it. After the document has been checked and approved by the dispatcher, the assignment or order can then be transferred to the invoicing department for settlement.
