Assigning Machines to the Ticket
In a ticket, switch to the section
. There, all machines assigned to the ticket are displayed in a list.
Assign a machine to a ticket
Click on the button
, to assign a new machine to the ticket. The machine search will then open, where you can search for a machine that you want to assign to the ticket. Use the advanced search and narrow down your search results using the search criteria.
When you have found the desired machine, select it and then press the button
. The machine is now displayed in the list in the ticket.
Click the
button if you want to delete a selected machine from the list.
By clicking on the
button, you can create a new machine that will be assigned to the ticket.
You can also add machines from the project that is linked to the ticket.
Further processing
The assigned machine can now be added to the various text fields (Description, Remark, Repair) in the "History" section of the ticket within the
section.
