Approve contact person changes

When contacts are added or edited in the Innosoft Mobile App, they are initially only visible to the user of the app and are not yet entered in the system and therefore not yet visible to all users. They must first be reviewed and approved in the FSM on the Approval page before they can be added to the system and made available to all users.

Open contact person

You can find the change search in the General section under images/download/thumbnails/609845296/Ansprechpartner_menu_EN_img.png and the link images/download/thumbnails/609845918/%C3%84nderungen-genehmigen_EN_Men%C3%BC_img.png .

Use the quick search to find a contact or use the advanced search to display new or changed entries using the search criteria. Then select the contact you want to check by selecting the name in the "Contact person" column.

Review changes

The changes are marked in green, and you can accept the change with images/download/thumbnails/609845446/Freigeben.PNG or reject it with images/download/thumbnails/609845468/Deaktivieren_Daumen-runter_rot_img.png . If necessary, enter a reason for rejecting the data transfer and then confirm with images/download/thumbnails/609847140/Ablehnen_EN_magenta_img.png .
