Mobile App - Contacts
If you have questions regarding an assignment, you can address a contact
of the company. In the Contacts tab
you will find all contacts which have been entered in the project with name and the name of the company. Open the search field via
and search for the name of the contact or the company. With the symbol
you can call the contact. You can click on a contact for further information. For each contact you can find the position in the company, the address of the company, the phone number
and the e-mail address
. Here too, you can call or e-mail the person directly by selecting the corresponding symbol.
Adding new contacts
Contacts can be added either on the
page or in the Contacts tab within an assignment. To add a contact, press the
button.
If you have selected the Contacts tab within an assignment, a
search will appear before the creation dialog, allowing you to select existing contacts. You can then add these to the assignment project. If you want to add a new contact to the assignment, use the
button in the search dialog again.
Enter the first and last name, as well as the address. The address can only be freely selected when creating the contact and cannot be edited later.
Add information about the department, position, phone numbers, and e-mail address. You can also enter a remark.
After confirming with the
, the new contact will be displayed on the contact page, including the date it was edited.
Edit existing contacts
You can also change data for existing contacts via the Contacts page or the Contacts tab within an assignment. In addition, this can also be done in the detailed view of a contact via the
button. Here you can reset the contact completely to its original state via the
button.
As long as a new contact has not yet been accepted via the approval process in the FSM, you can delete this contact. This is also done via the context menu
with the "
Delete" option. If you only want to remove the project allocation for the contact, you can do this via the "
Remove from project" entry. This option is only available in the Contacts tab within an assignment.
Notification of changes
If a change has been accepted or rejected in the FSM, a corresponding notification appears, which is subsequently displayed on the notifications page.
