Linking Tickets
You may want to link tickets because a problem has recurred or because it is a similar issue.
The tickets linked to this ticket are displayed in a tree view. The currently opened ticket is displayed in red letters.
The first element in the tree is the superordinate ticket if a superordinate ticket exists. If no superordinate ticket has been added, it will be the ticket that has at least one subordinated ticket. There can be a maximum of one superordinate ticket per tree view, as there can only be one origin for the ticket links.
If you click on an item, the ticket will open in another window. In a ticket, you can only edit or delete the links to the opened ticket.
