Required Skills

Required skills are provided in the Innosoft programme package for resources and for various objects. Assign defined permissions to a user which allow him to view and edit the skill lists of objects.

In the section "Required Skills" of the menu item User Configuration use the first six checkboxes to select the objects (address, machine, machine category, resource, ticket, and project) to which a user is allowed conditional access in the skill lists. By activating the checkbox, the "Required Skills" or "Professional experiences (skills)" section within the objects becomes visible.

With "automatically save skills for ticket / assignment when creating a ticket / assignment" you decide whether the required skills are automatically added to a ticket or an assignment. These data are determined cumulatively from the skills of the integrated machine and address.

The "Right for requirement profile" allows you via the selection list to restrict skill editing in the Resource Planning area by means of graduated authorisations.
