To access a technical report and view the current status, open the report search. Open the Field Service section and select under the sub-item .

Using the advanced search, you can narrow down your search to the name, one or more statuses, completed or uncompleted reports, and selected project numbers. If you frequently use the same search criteria, create a search template.

The "Status" column contains the following information:

: The report contains a warning.
: The report contains a critical warning.
: The report contains no error/warning.

Export data

To export the data to Excel, select the button in the upper right corner. You can export only the displayed page or all pages to Excel.
