You can create assignments within the Mobile App, provided this has been enabled via the App Server Admin Console . Assignments can also be created without a permanent online connection. The customer address can be downloaded via the online search.

Assignment creation

Select in the main menu. There you will find a button for creating an ad hoc assignment.

First, specify the appropriate code. When selecting the address and machine, offline data will be displayed. However, you can also use the online search.

Enter the time period during which the assignment is to take place. Add any other necessary data (e.g., title, keyword, activity) and then save the assignment with .

The automatically generated project number is only displayed after synchronization.

You can only edit assignments in the app that were created in the app. To do this, open an assignment and tap the button.
