Edit Required Skills for a Ticket

To edit the required employee qualifications for a ticket, go to the Ticket System area via the main menu images/download/thumbnails/530353026/Hauptmen%C3%BC_img.png and select under images/download/thumbnails/530352934/Tickets_men%C3%BC_img.png the images/download/thumbnails/530353440/Suche-Text_Lupe_EN_img.png .

Use the ticket search and open the desired ticket by clicking on the number. Now switch to the images/download/thumbnails/530351361/Ben%C3%B6tigte-Skills_EN_img.png section.

Open the skill categories using the images/download/thumbnails/530352612/Pfeil-runter_breit_img.png button. Use the images/download/thumbnails/530352459/Filter_img.png button to filter categories.

Enter skills

You can now use the button shown above to directly merge all the required skills from the address and machine assigned to the ticket.

To customize the required skills, select a category and enter the required skills for the ticket in the Skills section on a scale from 0 (no knowledge) to a maximum of 9 (expert).

You can change the values using the arrows and also using the arrow keys or direct input. Alternatively, you can add the values to the ticket from an Excel file using images/download/thumbnails/530353028/Import_magenta_img.png .
