Service Times Schema
Enter the contractually regulated service times within the Innosoft Ticket System to be able to create service levels.
Create new service times schema
Click on the button
under "Service times schemas" in the Ticket System. You can copy the opening hours from the address and then edit them. Otherwise, enter the data including the times newly:
Assign a meaningful title and add a descriptive text, if necessary.
Set the service times schema to "Active" if you want it to be available immediately. Otherwise, you can also activate it later.
Select a calendar on the basis of which the respective public holidays are to be considered.
Add the weekdays individually and specify the period for the selected day (in the format hh:mm).
Save the service times schema after you have entered all required data.
Edit existing schemas
Use the search under "Service times schemas" via the button
and select the row which is to be edited. You can change the service times of the individual weekdays and add new ones. Carry out the necessary changes and save them.
Authorizations
To be able to edit SLA contracts, service levels and service times, the subitem "SLA Management activated" must be selected in the section "Ticket System" of the User configuration.
