Teams integration

Mappings

You can make settings for the Teams integration in the Mappings section.

User mappings

In this section you link Teams users with Innosoft users. To do this, you must select the relevant Teams user in the table and click on theimages/download/thumbnails/494469243/Editieren_Stift_EN_img.png -button. A view will then open in which you can add the Innosoft user and activate the user.

Teams info

You can expand the team information under Teams info. If you select a team from the table and click on the images/download/thumbnails/494470136/2023-12-08_18h57_27.png -button, then the team opens in a view. Channels can be added here and the app can be installed for the team.

Group channel mappings

Y ou can link a group to a team and a channel. By clicking on the images/download/thumbnails/494469237/Neu_Icon_EN_img.png -button, you can create a new mapping. To do this, you must specify a group, a team, a channel and a localization. If the link is active, the team will receive a notification via the specified channel when there are new tickets for the specified group, for example. With the images/download/thumbnails/494469243/Editieren_Stift_EN_img.png -button you can edit existing mappings. If you want to remove existing mappings, click on the images/download/thumbnails/494469456/L%C3%B6schen_X_weiss_EN_img.png -button.

Setup

The Setup section describes what you need to consider, when setting up the Teams integration. If the sentence "All mandatory settings are set" appears under Api settings, then this part of the setup is complete. Under Permissions the configuration is complete when the sentence "All mandatory permissions are set" appears. During installation, the sentence "App is installed" must appear, then the installation has been successful.

Actions

The "Download graph data" action downloads an MS Excel file with all user mappings.

The "Create support ZIP" action creates a support.zip file containing important files for setting up the Teams integration.
