Ticket Turnaround Time
This statistical chart shows the average processing time of tickets in days as a bar chart. The processing time is the period from ticket creation to ticket closure. The bar chart displays the average processing time for all tickets, for open tickets and for closed ones. The tickets are grouped by their type.
Die Statistik zeigt als Säulendiagramm die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit von Tickets in Tagen an. Als Bearbeitungszeit wird der Zeitraum von der Ticketerstellung bis zum Schließen des Tickets herangezogen. Es wird die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit für alle Tickets sowie jeweils für offene und geschlossene Tickets angezeigt, zusätzlich werden die Tickets in verschiedene Tickettypen unterteilt.
Access evaluation "Ticket turnaround time"
Open the main menu
, go to "Statistics" and then call up
.
Specify the following parameters for the evaluation:
From - until: Define the time period for the evaluation.
Group: Select one or more groups from the list. If no group is selected, the tickets with no group affiliation will also be taken into account.
Main group: Choose one or more main groups from the list.
In order to remove groups from the evaluation, click on the "x" button next to the respective group name.
Confirm your choice by clicking the "OK" button and the view is opened or updated.
Click on a bar to open the Overview of Tickets for the previously defined period and the selected ticket type. To call up a ticket from the list, click on the corresponding ticket number.
By clicking on the title in the top bar you can return to the "Ticket processing time" diagram.
