Relocations

In the section, you can specify several relocations for a resource. With a click on the - button you can add a new row to the table. Select the "Country" and specify the "Operational unit".

For the tool "Reminder.exe", the "Advance warning time [days]" is important. In the tool you can see whether the relocation has expired. The field "E-mail" can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several e-mail addresses can be entered comma-separated in the field. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" which reacts to the expiry of the relocation. It is important for the e-mail dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.

With a click on the button, you can add files.

You can then save the relocation by clicking on the - button.

When selecting a relocation via the checkbox, you can edit the relocation in an editing view by clicking on the -button. You can also add to or change existing entries. If you select an entry with the checkbox and click on the -button, then the entry will be deleted.
