Open: Opens the assignment in a sheet. Alternatively, you can also open the assignment with a double-click.

Change: Here you can change certain properties of the assignment without opening the assignment.

Delete: You can delete the assignment and are asked beforehand whether you really want to delete it.

Copy: With "Copy" you can copy the assignment for the same resource or, if you select "Copy to resources" the assignment will be copied to one or more resources.

Split up: The assignment is divided into two equally sized assignments and resources can also be specified where the assignment is split. When splitting between resources, the assignment is divided equally between them. The working time per day is decisive for the division.

Split assignments: This option allows you to reschedule assignments that are simultaneous to another assignment. You can move the assignment to the worklist. If you select the option "Extend to right", the assignment will be moved after the selected assignment. If you select the option "Cut out", the assignment will be shortened . If you select the option "Cut out to worklist", the assignment is shortened and the shortened part is moved into the worklist. If you select "None", then the assignment will not be moved. The options "Fix way there" and "Fix way back" correct the corresponding travel times.

Journey: Here you can either display the journey on the map or calculate the journey times.

Grouped assignments: In the menu you can create a new grouping or select a grouping. A search view opens for the selection of the grouping. You can also ungroup.

Create a new assignment: A view opens in which you can create a new assignment.

Create a new assignment (PM): A view opens in which you can create an assignment for a project.

Copy selected assignment: The option copies the assignment to the selected point in time.

Move assignment here: The assignment is moved to the selected time.

Delete selected assignments: Deletes all marked assignments.

Group selected assignments: You can group the marked assignments with a new grouping or select an existing grouping via the search view.

Ungroup selected assignments: With this action you can remove the grouping from the selected assignments.

Push selection to the worklist: Moves the selected assignments to the worklist.

Assign selection to a resource: You use the action to move the selected assignments to the resource selected in the search.

Filter projects (via marked assignments): The view is filtered by the projects of the selected assignments.

Set fixations: You can fix the start, end, resource, start and end or all previously mentioned points of the selected assignments.

Unlock fixation: You can cancel individual fixations or undo all fixations for the selected assignments.

Change transmission status: You can change the transmission status of the selected assignments.
