Relocations

In the section, you can specify several relocations for a resource. With a click on the - button you can specify a new relocation. To do this, an editing view opens in which you must specify the operational unit of the relocation. You can then save the relocation by clicking on the - button.

For the tool "Reminder.exe", the "Advance warning time [days]" is important. In the tool you can see whether the relocation has expired. The field "E-mail" can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several email addresses can be entered comma-separated in the field. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" which reacts to the expiry of the relocation. It is important for the email dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.

In the section you can add files to the relocation.

To edit an existing relocation, select the line and can click on the -button. If you want to remove a relocation, you have to click on the -button.
