Social insurance
In the
section you can specify several social insurances for one resource. With a click on the
- button you can enter a new social insurance. Then an editing view opens in which you have to enter the name of the social insurance. You can save the social insurance by clicking on the
- button.
For the tool "Reminder.exe", "No reminder "and "Advance warning time[days]" are important. In the tool you can see whether the social insurance has expired. A social insurance is considered expired if the "Reminder of reapplication" date has passed. The field "E-mail" can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several email addresses can be entered in the field, separated by commas. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" which reacts to the expiry of the social insurance. It is important for the email dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.
In the
section you can add files to the social insurance.
To edit an existing social insurance, select the line and can click on the
-button. If you want to remove a social insurance, you must click on the
-button.
