Assignment View

The descriptions listed below can be displayed as tooltips on an assignment bar by clicking on the corresponding checkbox. Tooltips, or hints, are additional information that is displayed as soon as the mouse pointer is moved or held over the assignment bar.

If the checkbox is deactivated, the respective information is not displayed.

• Codeword: If the checkbox is activated, the identifier (codeword) selected in the assignment under "Summary" is displayed as a tooltip.
  

• Address name: The address line 1 from the address of the assignment is indicated.
  

• City: Postcode and city of the address appear.
  

• Project number: If you have selected a project when creating an assignment, the project number appears.
  

• Remark: The "Title" entered in the assignment under "Specifications" is displayed if the checkbox was clicked.
  

• Identifier instead of keyword: If the checkbox for "Keyword" has been activated, the displayed description text can be replaced by the "Identifier" by activating this checkbox.
  

• Text name instead of remark: The content of the "Text name" field is displayed instead of the remark.
  

• Target/actual hours: The target hours specified in the assignment under "Specifications" are displayed. This is compared to the actual hours that have been worked.
  

• Date format at moving: To use a date format, click the checkbox and enter the desired format in the following text field (the format including the time is, for instance, as follows: dd MMMM yyyy HH:mm).
  

• Overlapping: Here you set the extent to which overlaps of the assignment bars are to be made visible.
