Display Settings

The display settings are used to customise the view and filters of the resource planning. The following explanations refer to activated functions.

Show fixation of assignment graphically: At a fixed start and/or end of work, an operation bar appears in red.
Show name of requirement profile in tooltip of assignment bar: Move the mouse over a bar and the tooltip will additionally show the name of the requirement profile.
Show project number 2 in tooltip of assignment bar: Move the mouse over a bar and the specified project number 2 is displayed in the project planning.
Show capacity overload: Click on the button in the planning board under "Display" and overloaded resources are highlighted in colour.
Ignore project filter for capacity calculation: The project filter is ignored when performing the capacity calculation.
Auto updating of scheduler: The planning board updates itself or data is reloaded within a click on the button.
Show calendar weeks: The calendar weeks are displayed in the upper part of the planning board between the lines "Month" and "Day".
Do not show worklists in combination with an activated skill filter: The worklist is not displayed when the skill filter is activated.
Show time zone in assignment info: The time zone is displayed in the assignment information.
Show marking: Symbols, such as emojis, can be displayed in the bar as the send status of assignments.
Show worklist: Activate the checkbox to display assignments in the worklist of the planning board.
Number of text lines in bar *: Select the number of rows to be displayed on the assignment bar.
Today: Select the colour in which today is displayed in the planning board.
