Interval Structure
In the
section you can see whether an interval cycle has already been planned. This is needed for the creation of the assignments.
If you click on the first element under the Interval Structure section, two actions appear below the section:

Select the

icon to add a new interval cycle.
Editing an interval position
You can change the preset title "Interval position" and the number of the position. All values previously specified in the interval were added to the position. If necessary, change the information and save by clicking on the

. A new position appears below the previously selected section.

the new position.
Editing an interval cycle
The fields Number, Title, Assignment site, Main group, Code and "Execution on" are predefined, but can be changed. Only the number cannot be changed.
Specify tolerance times
You can enter tolerance times for the due date. The "Tolerance before deadline" refers to the period before the due date and the "Tolerance after deadline" refers to a period after the due date. This sets ranges for the assignments.
Add machines
Add machines to a cycle by clicking on the
-button in the "Machines" section. Then you can select one or more machines via the machine search or create new machines.
Create work packages
Before the cycle is set, you should add a work package. Therefor click on the
-button in the "Work packages" section. Enter a title, which will also be the title of the assignment. If necessary, enter an internal description and fill in the work instructions, which is transferred to the corresponding assignment.
Next, you specify the capacities. The required capacities are important for the creation of assignments, as the selected resource or group is where the assignments are created. If you select a group, the assignment will be found in the respective worklist in the planning board. In addition, the duration of the assignment must be stated in hours and the amount of assignments. You can then save the entry by clicking on the

-button. You can specify multiple resources or groups, if they are needed for the interval. In that case you must follow the steps described above several times.
For the assignments, you can specify the required parts, as well as reports to be filled in. Both can be linked to a specific assignment or machine. Select the article or report by clicking on the line and click on the
-button.
If no assignment or machine is added, then the articles and reports are linked for all assignments to this work package.
You have the option of marking the reports as "Mandatory".
Create at least one work package, otherwise the cycle cannot be activated.
View Interval cycle
Now define the cycle by selecting "One-time" or "Repeated" for the cycle type. With "Repeated", the interval is executed several times until the maximum number of executions or the end of the cycle has been reached.
The field "Execution at start date" expresses that the first execution is triggered at the start date. However, if the check mark is not set, then the trigger is not generated automatically.
In the field "Dynamics" you can choose between two variants. The option "from start" means that the interval continues to count from the start. The option "from the last execution" means that the calculation of the next interval is started from the due date of the last execution.
For the "Worklog interval", you can specify for example every "2 months". If the option "Days" is set in the field "Rounded to", the due date of the first execution remains at the originally planned day. With the option "Weeks", the due date of the first execution is set to the beginning of the week. For the options "Months"/"Years", the due date of the first execution is rounded to the beginning of the month/year.
A work package must have been selected before you can create assignments.
After you have activated the cycle via the
action, new actions appear.
View executions

After deleting the assignments, you can create the assignments again via the "
Executions
" view with the
