By assigning main group rights, users can be granted access rights to assignments of resources from each main group. You can completely deny users the access to the assignments of a main group, merely grant read-only access or grant read and write access.

Edit main group rights

Click on the button within the line of the main group to be adjusted. Select the new right to be assigned from the drop-down list in the "Right" column and confirm the selection via the button.

In general, the following definition applies:

0 = No access rights
1 = Read access
2 = Write and read access

Save changed main group rights by pressing the button.
