Checking Service Reports

In the report signed by the customer on site, the service technician reports back the hours worked and the materials used during the assignment to the head office. There the service report is checked by the dispatcher in the Field Service Management.

Check Service Report

Open an assignment and call up images/download/thumbnails/378766423/Belege-Aktionen_EN_img.png via the navigation bar under Actions. There you will find a list of all the reports allocated to the assignment. Check the entries in the following sections images/download/thumbnails/378766537/Zeiten_Stoppuhr_EN_img.png , images/download/thumbnails/378766541/Barauslagen_EN_img.png , images/download/thumbnails/378766348/Maschinen_Text_EN_img.png , images/download/thumbnails/378766353/Material_EN_img.png , images/download/thumbnails/378767027/Ausgef%C3%BChrte-Arbeiten_EN_img.png , images/download/thumbnails/378766550/Kontierung_EN_img.png and images/download/thumbnails/378766560/Dokumente-zum-Beleg_EN_img.png .

If all the data is entered correctly and no discrepancies are apparent, select the "Technical release" images/download/thumbnails/378767641/Freigabe_Daumen-hoch_magenta_img.PNG action and then "Commercial release" images/download/thumbnails/378767643/Freigabe-kfm_Daumen-hoch_magenta_img.PNG . If you want to cancel the approvals later for any reason, uncheck the checkboxes "Technical approval" and "Business approval" in the images/download/thumbnails/378766533/%C3%9Cbersicht_EN_img.png section.
