In the Innosoft FSM objects are e.g. tickets, projects or assignments. In addition to pure information and editable master data, many objects also contain concrete actions. The execution of these actions serves to further process the object and to progress the overall process of the FSM.

Perform an action

To carry out an action, open an object. In the left area you can find a bar with the object areas (such as details, additional data, documents, etc.) and the corresponding actions. Select an action to be executed. Some actions may only be displayed if you have previously fulfilled certain prerequisites.
