Here you can specify if you want to bind the editing of assignments to the project status. If this option is active, then the assignment bar cannot be edited if the status of the associated project prohibits assignment generation. In the "Status" section, you can set for each status value whether assignment generation is permitted or prohibited.

You can also determine whether the project color is to be used in the resource planning. Tick the associated checkbox for this in each case.

If you activate the option "Use number ranges for order types", then one number range can be defined per order type.

Status

You can create a new status with . For a new status, you must enter an appropriate name first. You also have to make several specifications via checkboxes. The specifications involve:

• Report registration: Specifies whether you can enter service reports and reports for the project with the selected status when you create an assignment for the project.

• Settlement: Sets the possibility of billing the project with the selected statuses.

• Editing: Here you can set whether the project is editable with the selected statuses.

• Assignment creation: This setting can be used to specify whether assignments can be created for the project with the selected status.

If one of the specifications applies to the new status, you can simply tick the respective checkbox. You can edit a status with and delete it with .

Type of order

To create a new type of order, click on and enter an appropriate name. You can edit a status with and delete it with .
