First select a report question via the Report Question Search. If the report question has already been released, you need to create a new version by clicking the button .

Change entries

Change the title if necessary. Adjust the translation by clicking on the link "Edit translations" and select the respective language, enter the translated question and confirm your choice with a click on . You can change the input type to Text, Integer, Decimal, Binary Value and Date. In case of "Binary Value", the answer to the report question can only be true or false. You can specify the input options "Id", "Value", "DisplayText" for the input type by clicking on .

Make sure that the input option is compatible with the input type.

Click on or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl"+"S" to save your changes. To release the report question for use in reports, click the -button. To create similar report questions, use the action . If a draft is no longer used, remove the report question with the button .

Edit features (tags)

Features can be added to a report question. Explain the report question more detailed. The additional information will be shown in the "Search for report questions".

Add, edit or remove a feature via the buttons , and . The view of the features is definable with the button . Here you select the appropriate filter options from the drop-down lists, enter the matching words in the text fields and start updating the view with . The button resets the filter values to their default.
